 Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
 Prepare and maintain the payroll, EOBI, WHT, Loans of Office Staff.
 Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

HR/Admin Responsibilities Include:
 Managing the recruitment and selection process.
 Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
 Policy development and documentation.
 Employee relations and communication.
 Compensation and Benefits Administration.
 Employee services and counseling.
 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
